Evi says.

Last night we were putting Evi to bed and she wraps her arms around both Ryan's and my neck and says "Family hug Can I keep you guys?"

My 2 year old

Evi turned 2! Holy cow where does the time go. She is just growing and developing like crazy and is definitely more independent and wanting to do everything for herself and she does pretty good working on things until she gets it. We have one determined little girl. She is so smart too she just keeps amazing me every day.

A few things I want to remember that I haven't documented before.
At age two she is...
Potty trained since 18 months
Sleeping in her bed until about 4 every morning then we love family cuddle time!
She is talking in full sentences saying almost everything.
If I ask her if she needs help she tells me "No I do it myself"
She loves being the Boss of Mojo and Lady and shakes her finger at them a lot. We think its funny..
She talks about her friends and always want to know what Mya, Kennedy and Dawson are doing.
She LOVES all animals.
She loves to feed uncle Mat's sheep.
Loves being outside.
Loves to ride in the Jeep.

Favorite Foods are...
Peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches.
Fruit snacks
Apples, peaches, bannanas
Likes broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes
Not a big meat eater.

Some cute phrases she is saying now....
Delicious!
Ok mom I be sooo careful.
No thanks.. I'm fine.
She says please and thank you whenever appropriate.
Pretty Please.
She will say hello and want to shake your hand.
When I tell her to say Hi to someone she will say "No I'm being shy"
If she is kinda being scolded she says " I just wanna talk"

3 MONTHS OLD

Can you believe it, where does the time go? Last sunday Evi was 3 months old and it just seems crazy to me. She has already changed so much its unbelivable. She is such a sweetie she is so smily and happy in the mornings. Her smile is so cute she opens her whole mouth to smile. She is a strong little girl that loves to stand she is really good at it too. She likes to sit up in her bumbo chair and loves her bouncer. She really likes to be in the moby wrap too. Bath time I think is her favorite part of the day. She loves to kick and splash. But she loves to be held the most. She is starting to really know who we are and its so sweet. She is just figuring out her hands and how to work them. She is grabing at toys and bringing them up to her mouth now. I think she is starting to teeth because she is so drooly and chews on her hands all day. She still does'nt sleep all that great but we are still working on it and trying to find a schedule that works for us. I cant believe how much this little babe has changed our lives. Its amazing, Im not really sure what we did before her. We are so busy now. I am absolutely loving being a stay at home mom. Some days it sure is tough but I wouldnt change it for the world. We just love our little girl so much!!

Evelyn Mae Leiser

I know it has been a really long time since I have posted on here. I have decided to blog more often so I can write things down and remeber all the little things. So I will start with the most important event. Evelyn was born Semptember 11, 2011.
This was me a couple days before she was born
My water started leaking on 9/10/11 at 6:30 a.m. I wasnt sure if thats what it was so we waited a while to go in. In the mean time I cleaned the house, showered and packed our bags and Ryan went outside to cut down a tree he was meaning to cut the week before. Around noon I called my Dr.s office and they said I should come in, so we did. Once we got admitted into L&D they did a couple of test to see if I was leaking amniotic fluid and both test came back negagtive. I was a little frustrated because I was sure it was. Anyways so they did a different test and it finally said positive. Then the nurse checked me and right away the rest of my bag broke and there was water everywhere. (Sorry if this is a to much info for anyone.) So after that contractions started very quick and painfull. We walked around, tried watching t.v. and used the birthing ball, it started getting pretty intense around 6:00 p.m. I got my epidural and it was imidiate relief. I took a nap and then then contractions started slowing down so we waited around untill about 11:30 they started getting things ready and at 11:55 we started pushing. She was born at 1:00 a.m. It was such an overwelming feeling when we saw her for the first time. It truly is such a miracle!!

Waiting for her arrival

Happy Mothers Day!!!

So I'm sad that I didn't get to be with my mom on mothers day this year but I am sure that she is having so much fun in Alaska. She deserves to go because she has wanted to go for a very long time and finally talked my dad into it. I love you so much mom you mean the world to me! You have done so much for Ryan and I that I can't even put into words how grateful I am to you. I hope you had an amazing day! I love you! Oh and happy 25th Anniversary to Mom and Dad!!!
